TeamPractice ("we", "us") is an independent educational publication operated from 7077 Elmwood Ave, Kansas City, MO 64132, USA. This policy covers the website at teamspractice.it.com.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you give us

When you use the contact form or email us, we receive the contents of your message: your name, email address, optional subject line, and the text you write. We use it only to answer you and, where relevant, to publish a correction you have pointed out.

2.2 Information collected automatically

Our web server records standard technical logs: IP address, browser type, requested page and timestamp. These logs exist to keep the site running and secure, and are deleted on a rolling basis within ninety days.

2.3 What we do not do

  • We do not sell, rent or trade personal data to anyone.
  • We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
  • We do not require an account to read any chapter.

3. Cookies

This site sets no marketing or cross-site tracking cookies. Where strictly necessary for the site to function (for example remembering a form submission state), a minimal session cookie may be used and expires when you close your browser.

4. How Long We Keep Things

  • Contact messages: up to twenty-four months, so we can follow up on corrections and chapter requests.
  • Server technical logs: up to ninety days.
  • Anything you ask us to delete: removed within thirty days of a verified request.

5. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@teamspractice.it.com and we will respond within thirty days.

6. Children

This site is a workplace-skills publication and is not directed at children under sixteen. We do not knowingly collect their data.

7. Security

Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Access to contact messages is limited to the two editors. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your data ever occurs, we will publish a notice on this page.

8. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes materially, the date above moves and the previous version remains available on request.
